Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme 2018
Anundoram Borooah was the first civil servant from Assam. On his name an award was introduced in 2005 as Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme. In this scheme the government of Assam is providing laptops to the students of class 10 whose result is very well. From last year it was revised to 75% but before that there was 60% to be obtained by a student in HSLC and AHM Examination which was conducted by SEBA to eligible for this award. Every year Secondary Education Board of Assam, in short SEBA conducts High School Leaving Certificate and Assam High Madrassa Examination for students who are reading in class 10 and also this award is presented to those students whose performance is very good in this examination. Eligibility Criteria for Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme 2018
Percentage and Marks: Students needs to secured star marks or 75% marks.
Educational Board: Students must need to be passed under Secondary Education Board of Assam.
Anundoram Borooah Award 2018 List - Assam Free Laptop Scheme
All qualifying students who are qualified to avail the award may register online through the portal http://arbas.assam.gov.in . The applicants will have to upload the following:
1. Pass Certificate duly attested and counter signed by the Head of the Institution from which the applicant passed out in PDF file format.
2. A self attested passport size photograph of the applicant in JPG file format.
The students availing the award are requested to follow the instructions available along with the application form before submitting the application online through http://arbas.assam.gov.in
Online application form will be available and last date & time for submission of online application.
